  Stopped in for supper this evening since it's "Monday wing night". The last time we visited for Monday wing night was several years ago. The reason we waited so long was due to the poor service at that time. This evening wasn't much better and sadly the prices have gone up quite a bit plus there are stipulations to getting the wings special. You have to order a drink to get the special price and if you want any dipping sauce it's extra.
  
  We placed our orders for wings, drinks and side salads. The salads came immediately but our drinks didn't arrive until after our wings were brought to us. The wings order was incorrect and had to explain to the staff (several times) why it was incorrect before they finally understood and corrected it. Our waitress was not very attentive and we actually had to wait on her to come back to ask for our check. The food itself is good but the service is always hit or miss.
  
  We made an unplanned decision to stop in here for supper as our electricity was out at home. The hostess greeted us immediately and seated us right away. Once we were seated the wait for our server was close to fifteen minutes even though there was servers standing around by the ordering station. The server that did come take our orders for drinks and food did a great job. She was very attentive and checked on us often. Our drinks came almost immediately and our food came very quickly. I asked for extra tomatoes and onions with my burger but had to repeat the request after my food was delivered as they did not come with it.
  
  The three stars is due to the slow service upon being seated and to make a second request for the extras I

  My prime rib was ice cold and I couldn't cut it with a knife. In the end he insisted I pay despite the 2 bites I tried to chew. He got so mean to my 78 year old mom and I .... his assistant manager grabbed my moms bank card with no permission and I had to grab it back. He scared me so much that I had to start screaming to back off and for help..... he followed us out to the parking lot and took pictures and called me a whore and my 78 year mom a whore right in her face. Who does that?
  
  The food was disgusting and now we are extremely scared of the owner. STAY AWAY!!
  
  I got so scared I had to call the police. I asked him over 7 times to stop screaming at me and that he was scaring me. I thought I would have a heart attack and my mom was crying and upset.
  
  Again who does this to a 78 year woman?
  
  The assistant manager before all this happened had said we were not Welcomed back due to sending food back and we didn't fit their customer profile. My father owned a restaurant for 39 years and didn't ever treat anyone this way.
  
  STAY AWAY! The service is awful and. The food is worse and the bathrooms stink like sewage.

  Late night beers and snacks after a long day. Traveling from many cities and needed some food and drinks. The place is friendly and the service quick. It's not fine dining but the nachos grande and chicken tender sliders are both great. Our server was very personable and friendly. Close to a couple hotels and stays open late.

  Food was a 3.  My husband had a burger and fries.  Both tasted fine.  The fries were not crisp.  They were limped, like they had been sitting a while.  I had a Philly cheese chicken with mixed veggies.  
  
  Flexibility and price were a 5.  I love the fact that so many substitutions are available and most at no additional charge.  Prices were fair.  
  
  Service was a 1.  Very slow, even though it wasn't that busy when we stopped in.  At one point I asked my husband if he just wanted to leave.  That's how slow it was!  The waitress never checked on us and my husband had to flag her down to ask for a drink refill.
